LudoBoss follows a strict No Refund Policy. By using the LudoBoss mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to the terms stated below.

All payments made on LudoBoss are final and non-refundable. Once money is added to the wallet or used to join any game, match, contest, or tournament, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Loss of games or matches
• Network, internet, or connectivity issues
• Device malfunction or app crashes
• Wrong match or contest joined by the user
• User errors or misunderstanding of game rules
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

LudoBoss is not responsible for any loss caused due to technical issues, server maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control. Decisions made by LudoBoss regarding refunds, if any, shall be final and binding.

In rare cases of system error where an amount is debited but not credited to the user’s wallet, the issue may be reviewed internally. If verified, the amount may be credited back to the wallet and not refunded as cash.

LudoBoss reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated policy.
