User Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the Ludo Boss mobile application (“App”), website, or related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older. Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in skill-based games involving real money is legal in their jurisdiction. Access from restricted regions is prohibited.

2. Skill-Based Game Disclaimer

Ludo Boss is a skill-based online game. Game outcomes depend on player decisions, strategy, and experience. Ludo Boss does not guarantee any winnings.

3. Account Registration

Only one account per user is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Ludo Boss reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules.

4. Wallet & Payments

Users may add money via UPI or bank transfer. Once money is added to the wallet, it cannot be withdrawn as cash unless used in gameplay. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification and security checks. Processing time may vary.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made on Ludo Boss are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for lost games, network issues, incorrect match joining, user errors, app crashes, or disconnections.

6. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

Ludo Boss strictly prohibits cheating, including use of bots, modified apps, multiple accounts, VPNs, collusion, or exploiting bugs. Violations may result in permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet balance, and blocking of withdrawals.

7. Technical Issues

Ludo Boss is not responsible for internet failures, device issues, server downtime, maintenance, or force majeure events. Decisions regarding game results shall be final.

8. Account Suspension

Ludo Boss reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and withhold wallet balances if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.

9. Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any taxes applicable on winnings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and designs are the property of Ludo Boss. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ludo Boss shall not be liable for financial losses or damages. Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts of your jurisdiction.
